Everyday is just the same. I wake up at 7 a.m, totally sleepy and angry. And I am feeling so till the mid-day. Grrrrr.... Every day I promise to myself: "Well, tonight I will go to bed early. I will get enough sleep, so I will be peppy in the morning." And what do you think? I come home and watch TV or read books till 12 am... or 1 am... Just because I don't want to sleep in the evening! I need to stop this pattern.
